Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch after they are successfully placed.

Our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch, particularly for Cash on Delivery orders.

Orders are generally dispatched after confirmation.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including:

GGC Perfumes is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

  • Unsuccessful delivery attempts

6. Delivery Attempts

The courier may make multiple delivery attempts depending on their service policy.

Customers are requested to remain available at the provided phone number and address to receive their order.

If an order cannot be delivered because the customer is unavailable or refuses to receive the package, additional delivery arrangements or charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging so that our team can investigate the issue.

For eligible cases, we may provide a replacement, exchange, or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
